Meet Our Providers and Staff
SHARON L. VAN TUIL, M.D., F.A.A.P.
After receiving her medical degree from the Medical College of Pennsylvania, Dr. Van Tuil completed her residency in pediatrics at Rhode Island Hospital. She joined the Practice in 1986 and is a managing partner. Dr. Van Tuil is married to a pediatrician. They have two children, a son and daughter.
MARTIN E. SCHWARTZBERG, M.D., F.A.A.P.
Dr. Schwartzberg received his medical degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine, and completed his pediatric residency at Boston Floating Hospital for Infants and Children. He has been with the Practice since 1992, and is also a managing partner. Dr. Schwartzberg is married with three sons.
ROCHELLE J. HEIT, M.D., F.A.A.P.
Dr. Heit received her medical degree from the State University of New York Health Science at Brooklyn. She completed her pediatric residency at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children in Philadelphia, and has been with the Practice since 1994. Dr. Heit is married to a pediatrician and has twins, a boy and a girl.
CATHERINE LEIGHTON, APRN, CPNP
Cathy received her Masters degree in nursing from Yale University School of Nursing, graduating with honors. She is a certified pediatric nurse practitioner (CPNP). Cathy joined the Practice in 1998. She is married with three children.
MARY B. SHUPE, MPH, APRN, CPNP
Mary is an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) and certified pediatric nurse practitioner (CPNP). She received her Master's degree in nursing from The Massachusetts General Hospital - Institute of Health Professions. Mary also holds a Master's degree in Public Health from Boston University. She is an experienced clinician with strong interest in all aspects of pediatric and young adult preventive and acute health care. Mary joined the Practice in 2015. She is married and has a son and a daughter.
